30-Day Return Window: All purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact. These items qualify for a full refund.
Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return. This is for health and safety reasons, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of open supplements.

Return Shipping: VitalChemistry covers return shipping costs for defective items, wrong items received, or items not as described. For change of mind returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

VitalChemistry currently operates exclusively in South Africa. All returns must be shipped to a South African address using Courier Guy. International customers must contact us for special return arrangements.
