Your stress response was built for short emergencies. Adrenaline gives you the immediate burst; cortisol keeps you going if the pressure continues. When stress never lets up, that system stays switched on for far longer than it was designed for, and the result is the familiar "tired but wired" feeling: exhausted, yet unable to switch off.
Ginseng Complex combines two of the best-studied adaptogens — herbs traditionally used to help the body cope with physical and mental stress — with the nutrients your body uses most heavily when under pressure.

Nutrients for a Demanding Stress Response
How to Take
One capsule daily in the morning, with breakfast. Avoid taking it in the afternoon or evening, as it may affect sleep. Most people notice a difference after two to four weeks of daily use.
Good to Know
If you feel jittery or on edge, reduce your coffee intake first. Persistent exhaustion can have medical causes such as thyroid problems, low iron or depression — if it lasts more than a few weeks, see your doctor.
Warnings
Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by children. Speak to your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, diabetes, an autoimmune condition, bipolar disorder or an anxiety disorder, or if you take blood thinners (such as warfarin), digoxin, diabetes medication, antidepressants or stimulant medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
